Dear all,
after our XMPP Summit 28 (where only 50% of the places are left !!1! ;)
) the FOSDEM 2026 takes place and, if you haven't heard, we have a booth
again!
To make the most of it and also promote our eco-system we should take
the chance to organize this. In this regard I am asking to come back
with your input on
* Do you have leftover promotion material?
* What ideas do you have for what we need or can do at the booth?
* Any other activities you plan.

Once we have transparency on our promotion material stack, we can
discuss what we may need to order and also if we have new ideas for our
booth. I offer to organise the ordering, too.
If you are not present, please also add whether you want to send
promotion material from our project so we can place it at the booth.
Please organise and create this yourself - though please speak up so we
can discuss how to get your e.g. stickers to Brussels.

Regarding the discussion we had just after FOSDEM last year, I wonder if we
can make better use of the couches and pillows that we have, as they are
usually mostly used by people at the stands.
Would it be possible, for instance, to have a small table to put up flyers and
engage in discussion? Would it be possible (technically, and would it be
allowed) to offer tea or coffee there? That would be a nice way to have people
stay for a chat.

Done, I've also added a suggestion regarding the projector.
