Hi all,
The XSF infrastructure team is planning to move our mailman installation
from a dedicated machine to a cloud service. When doing so, we also plan
to delete some lists that are no longer in use or that could be replaced
with chatrooms. Do we feel the need to keep this list for Summit-related
coordination, or could we use a chatroom instead?

Dear Peter,
from my side, I am fine to delete lists with few usage.
However, I would like to have an officially communicated email
replacement and reference where people can go to instead. So, a silent
take-down only I am against.
Email is a simple way of accessing and we should keep this open.

The new mailman service we're considering would allow us to have
multiple lists, so we can keep this list. :-)
