[Foundation] Who will own Jabber.org Foundation?

The Jabber Foundation (i.e., jabber.org) will be a non-for-profit 
corporation owned by its members, with a 15% limit on the number of 
members from any one commercial entity. This means that even if 15% of 
the members come from Jabber.com, Inc., those members will not have a 
controlling interest in the Foundation (even assuming that the 
individuals who work for Jabber.com would be corporate tools who seek to 
enforce some corporate policy or another, which I hold is not the case).
