[Foundation] New steps, moving forward

This excellent news! This was the intention of the goal I outlined for
2003-2004 Grant and it appears that it may happen for the 2002-2003
year.  Thanks Jabber, Inc.

I am glad to here this news, given that this has been a contention
between a majority of members and Jabber,Inc. I for one would enjoy
having the JSF administrating the Trademark, we will need to have a
specific sponsorship fund for the defense of the Trademark.  Once we
have sufficient funds allocated for defense and shown we would be good
stewards that Jabber, Inc. will then donate the Trademark to the JSF.  


Great news and a great way to start out the new year of the foundation!
