[Members] XSF as a mentor in Summer of Code 2007?

I think the XSF should participate as mentoring organization because most
XMPP projects are too small and what about new projects for the XMPP world?
Things like an ICE library for C++ and C# or something else. If only the
existing projects itself participate as mentor there won't be new XMPP
projects.
