[standards-jig] LAST CALL for JID Escaping (JEP-106)

Looking over the JEP it only mentions how to encode the following ASCII Characters
#x22 (")
#x26 (&)
#x27 (')
#x2F (/)
#x3A (:)
#x3C (<)
#x3E (>)
#x40 (@)

Where as NodePrep states that a node identifier maybe in Unicode and is not allowed to contain xxx characters, shouldn't this JEP include escaping for Unicode white spaces etc...

Also could this JEP not be made more generic to say that you can escape any character by using

#<Unicode Char Value>

Example

#0020

therefore not impose a limit ?
