Yes, that makes sense, since the original intent (IIRC) was that x:data
forms would be wrapped in that way.

Is the FORM_TYPE really necessary, then? It seems that we're scoping the
same data twice.

Support for nickname, or profile in general? I'd think this would do the
trick in disco#info results:
