So, the features advertised might change "on the fly". In particular,
the negociated features can be diferent before and after authentication.
If this is the case, the JEP should note it. The client, then would need
to request <stream:features/> both before and after autentication.

Another option is to touch the negotiation JEP to include a new error:
"try after autentication" :-).
