I agree that Table 1 is problematic. It’s there to supplement the IANA registry, but things we want to supplement that with are likely to change over time. That said, the registry itself is subject to change over time, so I’m not sure in practical terms that this table changing post-Draft would be different to that. So I think +1 is ok here.

The (belated) LC feedback seems to suggest outstanding questions that need answering before this is advanced, to me, so -1 until there’s a clearer picture.
