[Summit] FOSDEM 2013 talk proposal

ohhh which reminds me, will we do video streaming of the conference?.. I know we will prob. do it on the XMPP Summit, but what about at FOSDEM? that would be nice as well.
I'm coming and will see your presentation Matthew! :-)
