[Summit] North American XMPP Summit -- Any takers?

I don't think we've made any decisions because we didn't get many 
expressions of interest. It'd be great if we had a conference to hook up 
with (like FOSDEM in Europe), but there's nothing quite like that in 
North America AFAIK.
