[Summit] Registration for Summit 2019

Hi Piotr,

We'd like you to sign up as an attendee for the summit through the wiki
page. What is your wiki username? I can see if I can re-enable/recreate it.

Registering to the mailing list is a good way to keep informed, but will
not automatically sign you up as an attendee for the summit.
