[GSoC] Mentor voting.

I am somewhat confused by the 14 tentative mentor assignments. If we're
aiming for 6 slots, shouldn't we have 6 tentative mentor assignments
instead? That's what I understood from the mailinglist - I might be wrong
though (I frequently am ;) )
