To answer the questions I've had...

1) Why is there soup *and* an entrée?

 - We get both. Yay!

2) Why is "Dame Blanche" translated as "YEAH!"?

 - Because Dame Blanche. It's basically ice cream with a vast amount of
chocolate sauce poured over it. And then more chocolate sauce poured over
it. YEAH!
