[Members] Feedback on votes

I also try to see contributions and participation possibilities and have
had internal doughts on when to say no an tend to go more for yes.

I'm myself not skilled enough to participate in the in debt technical
discussions on standardslist. It's hard to find the participation "proofs"
outside the maillists

Most of my voting is solely based on the applications on the wiki.
